Once the project kicked off, Wellstar’s IT Department provided a comprehensive overview of a typical virtual care visit, accompanied by informative videos that illuminated the process. As we embarked on the scripting phase, our aim was to present the information in a clear and user-friendly manner, avoiding technical jargon wherever possible. Recognizing the value of maintaining Wellstar's brand identity and the IT department's budgetary constraints, we requested the expertise of one of Wellstar’s internal designers. The designer presented us with two competing looks for the video, and we presented both options, alongside the final script, to the IT team. With their approval, we finalized the chosen look and gave the designer the green light to produce a comprehensive storyboard.
As the designer worked through the storyboard, we began creating an animatic. This allowed us to explore various music tracks and commence the casting process. Again, we presented the IT department with the final storyboard, music selection, and chosen voiceover talent for their approval. With all three approved, we moved to the animation phase. Wellstar’s designer provided her files as Adobe Illustrator PDFs. We utilized Battle Axe’s Overlord plug-in to seamlessly transition the designs to Adobe After Effects, where we animated the piece. We then moved over to Adobe Premiere to add music and the voice over recordings. With only a few minor adjustments, we delivered the final video to Wellstar's IT Department.
